The beekeeper David Liñares, organizer in collaboration with the City Council, presented yesterday the third edition of the Honey Fair Alvariza, an event already settled in Lalín within the activities of the Feria del Cocido, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor Paz Pérez and the Councillor for Agriculture Marcos Marino. The fair will take place on 27 and 28 January in the marquee of the fairground, with 60 stalls selling products and exhibitors related to beekeeping, seasoned with technical talks for beginners and experts, lectures, workshops, showcookings, children's activities, a walk, tastings and tastings of honeys from Galicia and Romania, one of the novelties of the event. On Sunday 28th the fair will also be open to the public in the afternoon, unlike last year when it was only open in the morning.
