Mayor José Crespo unveiled two of the commenders of this edition of the "Encomenda do Cocido".
In the presentation of the "Mes do Cocido", the mayor José Crespo unveiled two of the comendadores of this edition, in addition to the already announced Yolanda Castaño, pregonera and also comendadora: Francisco José Fumega Piñeiro, mayor of O Carballiño, where the Fiesta del Pulpo is celebrated, declared of International Tourist Interest in 2022, two years after the Feria del Cocido, being the two Galician gastronomic festivals with this recognition. Michel Durrieu, general manager of Huttopia Europe, a French company and world leader in its sector, which is going to install in Lalín an ecotourism complex that will be in operation in 2025.
