POSTINGS OF COCIDO
On the other hand, the councillor for Tourism indicates ‘that the rules for the stalls for the Cocido Fair have just been published on the website and on the Lalín Town Council's contract platform’. There are two types of stalls to be set up:
-Firstly there are the indoor stalls, intended to be installed inside the marquee and with an exclusive purpose of ‘commercial use’, which will include the following commercial activities: sale of food products such as meat products, fresh garden produce, bread and sweets, cheeses, honey, etc., sale of handicrafts and sale of unique industrial products produced by small workshops. In this case, the deadline for submitting applications is 15 working days from the day after the publication of the rules - the period begins on 7 January - until 27 January inclusive.
-Secondly, the traditional octopus stalls will be located in the usual places previously authorised by the Town Council and these stalls will be exclusively dedicated to the sale of this product. The deadline for submitting applications for octopus stalls also begins the day after publication, but the deadline for submitting applications is 23 February.
The established fees for indoor stalls are 67.86 €, with 22 stalls for meat, 13 for other industries and 8 for handicrafts. The fee for traditional octopus stalls will be 61.56 €.
