The installation of the Cocido marquee on the fairgrounds begins, so it will be closed from today to facilitate its assembly.
The distribution of all the sculptures of the pigs to the restaurants participating in the "XXVI Mes do Cocido", both in the town centre and in the countryside, has begun. The installation of the arches of lights alluding to the Cocido Fair at the main entrances to the town is also planned for the next few days. On the other hand, it should be remembered that the marquee where the different events of the "LVI Feira do Cocido" will be held is being set up on the fairgrounds. From that date onwards, the fairgrounds will be closed to facilitate the installation of the marquees in time and form.
Fair Stalls
From 10 January until next Friday, 19 January, bids may be submitted for the stalls at the "Feira do Cocido" in the old fairgrounds. Indicate that the deadline for the installation of traditional octopus stalls will be until 2 February, according to the technical and administrative bases that will govern the granting of authorisations for stalls at the LVI Fair, which were approved by the governing board and have just been published on the municipal contracts platform.
