The chef from Poio, Pepe Solla, will make the proclamation of the LIII Feira do Cocido de Lalín, on Sunday 26 September.

The chef in charge of Casa Solla, awarded a Michelin Star, is currently the presenter of the programme “Pescados y Mariscos” on Canal Cocina, as well as directing and collaborating in other gastronomic projects.

The event will take place at 12:30h in the marquee of the “Campo da Feira”, where there will be a tribute to José González Solla, father of the town crier, who passed away in 2020, a regular collaborator of the Feira do Cocido for many editions, as a jury member of the Álvaro Cunqueiro Gastronomic Awards.
